História sobre o ícone Partilhar
We’re all about sharing, so it should come as no surprise that this elegant
free icon is one of our most
popular downloads. We’ve taken sharing to whole new levels here at Icons8. Whether it’s stupid cat videos or pictures of your
baby that nobody else really wants to see, this icon is exactly what your site, app, or neck tattoo needs. While sharing is often a great thing, we would like to remind you that even sharing has its limits. Please do not share:
- Underwear
- Used mouthwash
- Pirated movies—it’s a crime
- My lunch in the fridge. Seriously—hands off!
- That really bad picture of me where my neck is doing that thing
- Erotic Twilight fan fiction
- Stories about really big pimples
- Your Flappy Bird high score
Everything else is pretty much fair
game so
download this icon and share away!

The History of a Share Icon
The share icon is one of the icons that really has a story. Unlike many others it needed to be created from a scratch. Why? Because a share icon should definitely be a symbol of something pretty abstract.
The share icon was specially created in 2006 by Alex King for his "Share This" plugin. In 2007 Alex started working with ShareThis company on building a new sharing tool, and the same year ShareThis bought his icon (along with the WordPress plugin code and ShareThis widget code), and also made it their logo.

But this share icon is not the only one. After that different companies created their own share icons:

- Google Android uses original and its own icon

Still there is no one generally accepted share icon.
